Our private CHSLD long-term care center for seniors allows you to experience “THE DESJARDINS DIFFERENCE”. You’ll be treated with courtesy, fairness and understanding, while respecting your dignity, autonomy and needs.

We are proud of over 60 years of expertise in serving the needs of the frail elderly, including 35 years as a private CHSLD. CHSLD L.-B.-Désjardins Inc. can meet the needs of a clientele suffering from loss of autonomy. These services are made possible by a formidable team. A 24/7 on-call physician, including one medical visit per week for residents. In addition, you’ll have the presence of nurses, nursing assistants and beneficiary attendants 24 hours a day, as well as several specialists as needed. You’ll also benefit from a recreation animator (5 days a week), a foot care nurse (3 days a week) and a hairdresser 2 days a week.

You’ll also find a full range of services, including food, housekeeping, maintenance and laundry services.

CHSLD L.-B.- Desjardins. began as the Villa du Vieux Sapin, where generation after generation of the Desjardins family earned an enviable reputation for their very personal way of caring for their world. Since 1964, the Desjardins difference has been a way of doing things and a true way of life, whose reputation today extends beyond the Laurentians.

Built to the highest safety standards on avenue Hochar in Saint-Sauveur itself, our CHSLD has enjoyed the peace and quiet of a residential area since May 2005, ideal for long walks.

In just a few minutes, you can also reach the church, the local café or the village’s various boutiques.

CHSLD L.-B.-Desjardins. also offers three summer terraces embellished by a magnificent garden, and six upstairs verandas where you can enjoy the fresh air in any season.
